STEP 03
Run it and share the code
Open the app. It shows a session code. Read it to your technician.
STEP 04
We connect and fix it
We work on your screen while you watch. Close the app to end the session.
Stay safe with remote access
Remote access tools are useful, and scammers know it. A few simple rules keep you safe:
- Only start a remote session with someone you contacted first.
- If someone calls you unexpectedly claiming to be tech support, hang up and call us at (850) 409-8886.
- Download remote-help software only from the links on this page.
- You can end a session at any time by closing the app.
- Never share passwords or banking codes during a remote session unless you're sure who you're talking to.
